Until I've heard about Mindfulness, which at the time seemed to me - to put it bluntly - a piece of crap invented by marketers - but there was TOO MUCH psychological research that claim that ... it really works! 
 
So I started from there and out of necessity, I decided to overcome my prejudices and after my own deep work, I work around into this unique approach combining Mindfulness  + the best Psychological tools + insightful Meditation practices into what I call my life's work: Transformational Mindfulness.
